The inner power Evening is open to anyone who is annoyed by the following summer phenomena:

• the ever-summery road repair on the Pärnu-Tallinn highway 
• the smoke from the campfire that always comes to where you are sitting 
• that neighbor who thinks it’s completely kosher to start his lawnmower at 7:30 in the morning 
• mosquitoes who have graduated from NATO intelligence school and can find you under the blanket 
• when someone claims they can grill, but you end up eating charcoal tablets 

 

To cope with all this mentally, we practice meditations, energy exercises, breathing work, bioenergetics, archetypes, healing, rituals, sharing and everything else. (Dance) exercises are based on tantric, Taoist and shamanistic practices.

 

The retreat and power night will help you:
